  • Wrote and delivered a business plan that was in line with the budget and delivered the 5 year projections<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Sourced and secured a reputable and credible organic spa partner<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Created a fragrance unique to Cliveden that depicts the brand and history<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Worked with a branding agency to create a range that worked alongside the Cliveden brand and showcased the history through unique story telling<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Created names for each product that fitted the story<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Created a full body range that would be for retail and professional therapies at Cliveden<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Created a treatment menu utilising the body range that delivered results<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Carried out a competitor analysis to ensure pricing was in line with the market<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Worked with a branding agency to source, design and produce beautiful packaging which was on brand and allowed a high end price point<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
