Objective

Following the pandemic successfully launch a 172 bedroom hotel in Mayfair and ensure it is globally recognised and sits comfortably within the Iconic Luxury Hotels brand.

Deliverables

  • Traded 2% points above the comp set in the opening month
  • Achieved the opening budget in the first year of trading despite a further lockdown
  • Accepted into the US Celebrated Experiences programme who only work with Luxury hotels
  • Created an interactive brand that was intriguing and interesting from pre-opening
  • In the first 24 hours secured 23 press placements reaching 8.1 million
  • Over 150 press placements secured in 2021
